Reservations

Bookings are confirmed after our team verifies availability, pickup details, service scope, quoted price, and any special requests through WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Pricing and Inclusions

  • Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless stated otherwise.
  • Entrance tickets, activity tickets, meals, parking, ferry tickets, and third-party fees are excluded unless confirmed in writing.
  • Rates may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, late-night service, or customized itineraries.

Route timing can be affected by weather, traffic, ferry schedules, resort access rules, activity availability, and local operating conditions.
